RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

LAUREN BY WHITNEY stands behind the product we sell and the service we deliver.  If at any point you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will issue you a full refund upon receipt of the item back;  simply e-mail us at Laurenbywhitney@gmail.com with the order number, the item, and the reason for returning.  Once approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the item to us. 

If the item(s) you ordered does not fit, or you change your mind, you have the option to exchange the item(s) or return for a store credit WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery;  you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.  Once we receive your return/exchange, we will either send you the right size or issue store credit to your e-mail address.  Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return delivery.

FINAL SALE

All sale items are Final Sale and are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. 

RESERVED RIGHTS

LAUREN BY WHITNEY reserves the rights to exclude or deny customers from shipping or returning due to the following:

  • Irregular return history that may indicate product misuse
  • Returns of worn, damaged, or missing product.
  • Violation of brand integrity including resale or fraudulent activity.
